Adam and Jackie Sandler recently made a stylish appearance on the red carpet for the comedian’s latest stand-up special, and fans couldn’t help but notice that his wife bears a striking resemblance to one of his frequent co-stars.
Many online users admitted they did a double-take when they saw photos of the couple, with some even mistaking Jackie for Sandler’s movie wife, Jennifer Aniston.

Adam Sandler, 58, has shared the screen with some of Hollywood’s most glamorous leading ladies, but it was an extra on the 1999 film Big Daddy who truly captured his heart.
Jackie Titone, a model from Florida, began her acting career in a small role as Sally in the 1999 comedy Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo. However, it was her portrayal of a sports bar waitress in Big Daddy, which starred Sandler alongside twins Cole and Dylan Sprouse, that changed everything for her.
“22 years ago today we locked eyes and fell deep,” Sandler wrote in a heartfelt post on Facebook to celebrate the beginning of his relationship with the woman who stole his heart. The post, shared on July 31, 2020, continued, “Look forward to the next 22, young lady. Love you, my forever girl.”
Sandler and Jackie married on June 22, 2003, in a star-studded ceremony with notable guests such as Jennifer Aniston and the late Rodney Dangerfield. The true star of the wedding, however, was their dog, Meatball, who wore a black tuxedo jacket.
In 2006, the couple welcomed their first daughter, Sadie, followed by their second daughter, Sunny, in 2008. Their daughters have appeared in a few of Sandler’s films, including Hubie Halloween, Hotel Transylvania, Murder Mystery, and the 2023 Netflix comedy You Are So Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah.
Jackie herself has appeared in several of Sandler’s films, including Grown Ups (2010), I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry (2007), and Just Go with It (2011), the latter starring Jennifer Aniston. She also had a small role in Murder Mystery (2020), which also featured Aniston.
Sandler and Aniston have shared a strong, supportive friendship that has lasted over two decades. In fact, Jackie and Aniston are close as well, with no jealousy between the women. Sandler shared that his wife encourages him to be more expressive with his on-screen kisses.
“My film kisses are never as good as they could be. It’s not just Jennifer. I actually feel bad for whoever I have to kiss. I’m like, ‘They don’t want to be doing this.’ But I do it,” Sandler joked. Referring to their intimate scenes in Murder Mystery (both 2019 and 2023), he added, “Jennifer is one of my closest friends and Jackie’s closest friends. So, she’s like, ‘Would you give Jennifer some sort of good time with that kiss, please?’”

However, it wasn’t Adam’s usual casual style or his often offbeat humor that caught fans’ attention—it was Jackie’s uncanny resemblance to Jennifer Aniston that sparked online chatter.
